Docusign launched its Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) initiative in 2024 which helps accelerate revenue, reduce risk, and unlock value from the agreements that run your organization. Docusign IAM is an AI-powered platform that empowers you to connect and optimize every step of your business processes. In this initiative, we needed to find ways to unify the multiple creation methods in Docusign.
